change to a serpentine belt

Change to a serpentine belt
I’m looking for some info on changing my v belt on my 302 ford mid 1960 engine with a 3 bolt harmonic balancer to a serpentine system can I take the parts like the timing cover, harmonic balancer and crank pullet, water pump and pulley, a/c, power steering pump and pulley, alternator and pulley and all the brackets off a later model 5.0 engine ; or can I just change my 3 bolt harmonic balancer for a 4 bolt harmonic balancer and all the parts from a late model 5.0 engine
Any info will be helpful parts number and or years well be welcome

I don't think that could be done without changing the whole thing the 302's were put in a whole wide range of cars and trucks. I think they changed the bolt patterns in the mid 1980's
