Default code advice for 2007 freestar

Hello, I was driving on the freeway and noticed a loss of power, so I revved the engine and it seemed to respond and ran normally for about another mile when it started losing power again, enough that I had to pull to shoulder and stop. It ran rough until it finally died. when I would try to restart it would run very roughly for only a few seconds.
I had it towed to house and tried starting a couple more times before I quit for the evening.
The next morning I needed something from the vehicle and while there I tried to start and it fired right up and ran great.
I turned it off thinking I would come back and check it thoroughly when I finished my current project.
When I did return to the car, not only did it not fire right up, but it would not start at all, only crank.
That's where I am at now.

I got an OBD tester and it is showing these codes: P0171, P0174, P2195, and P2197
I read all of the sensor reports regarding these codes, but I am wondering if the problem could be the fuel pump.
I do not hear the pump come on when I turn on the ignition.

Any help or thoughts appreciated!

Thanks

Before condemning the fuel pump, there is a fuel pump driver module under the rear of your vehicle that is bolted to one of the chassis cross members. They are known for corroding where mounted to the steel of the chassis. If you remove it you can confirm the problem.
Chances are pretty good the corrosion has done it's work and rendered the internal printed circuit non functionable. If you have power to the module and no transferred power to the in tank fuel pump, the driver is in need of replacement.
