code p0401

Installed new EGR valve and code went away. Next day code came rite back.
How do I resolve this issue. thnxs

From:

P0401 is insufficent flow. Usually it is the DPFE sensor, or the passages under the EGR valve are plugged with carbon.

my 91 integra flashing code 5 everything says MAP sensor, if anyone knows about this help me out what are somethings that happen and what caused it?thanks
