The electric bench won't go down or anything.
Just bought a 1993 e ford and I noticed the bed wont move. I was told it was working and stupidly did not check. It doesn't make any noise at all no I am not sure if it may be the fuse or something else. Does the bed have it own fuse? Do I need to do something beside just pressing the up/down switch?

Hi and welcome to the site.
Not too sure of exactly what type of vehicle other than an "E" model that you have.
Can you fill in some addl info like what it has in it?
Sometimes the ign has to be on for some things to operate. If you haven't solved the problem yet , maybe we can offer some useful suggestions.

I am not sure what I need to be telling you. Its a conversion van. 5.8 engine. It was custom made. LOL What do I need to tell you? It has a switch by the drivers visor up/down for this seat. I found the fuse box but wasn't able to change all of them. 5 fuses. There was something else a wire that was disconnected but I put it back together again. Still nothing. There the seats in the middle and the rear bed seat. Its a high top.

Did you get any kind of owner's manual with it ?
Is it an E 150, 250 or maybe 350? That type of info is important to know. Were you able to contact the previous owner for a possible explanation of what they did to make it work? Sounds crazy, but can save lots of time. I'm not that knowledgable of all the possible goodies in conversion vans, but maybe others on this site that are, will be willing to assist you.
