I have a 1997 escort and need to install the new idle air control and do not know where it is and need any help you can give me.Thank You.

 

If you already have the part, just match it up. It will be around the throttle body somewhere close to where the air intake hose attaches to the engine. It has 2 little bolts (8mm head) and a wiring connection with 2 wires going to it. Good luck.

 

you should use the new gasket ;if it came with one if not reuse old one
