I recently chenged the Ball join ts on ym 200 excursion diesel limited 4x4 and when i put it all back together and put the electronic hubs back in the center of the wheels it all went together jsut fine but when i began to drive i heard a clicking noise in my hubs i removed them took them apart inspected them and found no broken pieces or anythign that would make me think they are not correctly inserted or assembled. I have since tried an experiment and removed the large gear inside of it and the spring and the sound went away but now i have a funny sound in my differential any one ever heard of this or can anyone suggest what is going on. I woul djsut go to ford but i am Overseas in Romania and am at a loss since no one here has seen one of these and between me and the embassy there are only 2 in this country.
