David, I just sold a 2002 4x4 limited with a V-10. The best I ever got in it was 13.8 on the freeway with cruise con control on @68 mph. And that was after a tune up K&N airfilter, and a full synthetic oil change over. The digital readout was saying 16.5 but those things lie big time. In town driving was 10-11 average. If you buy one make sure you do the spark plug change out your self. Tightnen plugs very snug with antisieze on them. Plugs can rattle loose and tear out spark plug threads, Aluminum heads make for very big headache.
Hope this helps.
