Question F-250 5.4 idles rough

My 04 f-250 idles rough. not all the time, though, only after a good warm-up, and a good 3-4 mile 55 mph run. then, when I come to a stop, it shudders pretty roughly. I replaced IAC, and cleaned throttle body. Cleaned MAF sensor, but did not replace. I used propane and throttle body cleaner, to check for vacuum leaks, and found none. Anyone think it is my MAF sensor, or does anyone out there have any tips at all???????MAF?????

No tips at this time, but if you let it sit and idle for a long enough period of time will it do the same thing?

yes it will.....usually takes anywhere from five to ten minutes of idling(engine cold). I can get it to do it faster, if I play with the throttle(rev it up a couple times). and the loss of power will come at any time......driving 55, or when I come to a stop, sometimes down to fivehundred....sometimes a little lower. Do you know what the rpms should be at for idle(in gear).....idle(in park) when it seems to be running right, at a stop(in gear) she sits at about 650-700. in park...perfect 750rpm.
