Default Galaxy 1.8tdci 56 125hp intermittent fault

Hi
I have an intermittent failt with my Ford galaxy , it can drive perfect for days then all of a sudden the engine failure light comes on and it won't start (sometimes park it on the drive at night running perfect then come out in the morning and engine malfunction ) then other days it fine , keep turning it over and eventually it will start , it then runs lumping for 10 or 15 seconds then clears , you can then turn it off and it will start straight back up as if nothing was wrong , it has also started cutting out occasionally when driving , the same applies pull over keep turning it over and it starts , afterwards it drives perfect .
My local garage found a broken cable to the common rail pressure sensor , so they changed the plug and sensor and it drove fine for 2 days then the same happened again and keeps happening
Tonight I was driving along and it started chugging as if it was going to cut out but didn't , it cleared after a couple of miles and is now fine again .
Didn't know if anyone could help me out as where to look next , it was plugged into the computer and came up with a list of faults as follows
P0191 rail pressure sensor
P0200 injector circuit malfunction
P0628 internal control module fuel injector control performance
P0003 fuel volume regulator control circuit
P1201 p1202 p1203 p1204
Cylinder injector circuit open shorted , these 4 codes are for all 4 injectors
This all started a few weeks ago the same day I run it quite low on fuel (I didn't run out but was very low )
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Sounds like the filter(s) picked up something that is restricting fuel delivery to the engine. It could be water or dirt, neither of which are good for keeping an engine running well. A good starting point would be to remove the fuel filter and see how much if any water comes out of the filter. If a lot, replacing the filter a few times with a good brand of dry gas added should help.
