Hello, I have a 1994 Grand Marquis and I am having problems with the turn signal on the driver side. The turn signal light comes on on the driver side but doesn't flash, while the passenger turn signal both turns on and flashes regularly. I checked the fuses but they all look fine, so i'm not too sure what what else to check. Any solutions?

 

You might try turning on the hazard flashers and walk around the car. You will see one light not flashing, and that light may have a burned out bulb or poor connection.

 

I tried turning on the hazards but all the turn signal lights go on but do not flash. I think it may be the turn signal flasher but am not sure.

 

Some models have a separate flasher for the hazard flashers and it sounds like yours is defective.
You can also try this, with the key on of course, turn the left signal on and see which light is not working, L/F or L/R. One of them should be not functioning. The non functioning one could have a bad bulb, or a poor connection. There is always the possibility of the turn signal/hazard switch assy having a problem, but try the simple things first.

 

you might try checking the bulb socket, especially the ground ! there should be a black wire on the socket and it can lose contact !
