Default Head Gasket

NOT GOOD
I have a 2000 ranger XLT 4X4. The temp went up, so I added coolent. Then it started shaking. Then it died. When I restarted it, it started smoking really bad and then shut down on me. I pulled the dip stick to find that all the coolent was mixed in with the oil. I think it is the head gasket. What do you think? I do not have the money to pay anyone to fix it for me, so I thought I would try it on my own. I have done some engine work in the past, so I know a little. Anyone have a service manual they can send me? Any help would be very cool.
