head torq specks step 4 61-108 thts a he'll of a stretch!!??

Haynes manual says torque 71 106 will which? That's one hell of a far cry in between torque specs?! Anybody got a good guesstimate?? Oh yeah it's for the 97 4.6"

Tighten to yield,, generally the first step is set in sequence is set to pounds, then step/s is in rotation degrees..
