I recently bought a used Ford, and the radio is locked. I’ve been trying to get it working, but every attempt to input codes I found online hasn’t worked. I heard there’s a service called Decode My Radio Ford that might help retrieve the correct code. Has anyone used it before?

How reliable is it, and how quickly can it provide the code? Also, are there any precautions I should take before attempting to unlock the radio?

Any advice or step-by-step guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Instead of wasting a lot of time, consider either you removing the radio and copying the info ,,,if there on the sticker,,,and see if you can insert that info correctly .

Another option, take your vehicle title with you to a dealership and get it done .

We don't know at this time if that is a HOT radio or some other reason.
