HomeLink garage door opener

I have a new Ford Escape with the HomeLink garage door opener in the visor.
I have a late model Chamberlain 1/2 HP garage door opener (Model HD200D).

I have read both manuals and have tried over and over to get the HomeLink to work. I am tech savy and have programed other vehicles and hand helds in the past with no problems.

Any suggestions? Are there just some models of openers that the HomeLink will not work with?

Contact local garage door repair company, they can suggest you models of openers that will work seamlessly with the homelink.

Some garage door openers, including certain models of Chamberlain, may have compatibility issues with HomeLink. Double-check the programming steps: ensure the opener is in "learn" mode and that you're following the correct sequence for your vehicle. Clear the HomeLink memory and try reprogramming it. If that doesn't work, you might need to check with Chamberlain or HomeLink support for further troubleshooting.
