Default I need a little part number help with an old number

Nothing comes up in a google search so here it is.
I've got an old fan P/N C5JZ-8600-N, and I was wondering what in blazes this thing fit's?

Just a quick decipher of the part number tells you the following:

C = Decade (1960's)
5 = Year
J = Industrial/Marine application
Z = Ford Division service part
8600 = Fan (Numbers 8600-8699 are are for various fans and associated brackets)
N = 14th Revision of the part
