Low voltage problem

Hi has anyone seen these before it happens as soon as the car starts it goes into lump mode and if I warn the engine then delete the codes it registers them instantly.
Can anyone help me?

Where did the "LOW VOLTAGE" come from?

When we first turn the key on the computer runs a series of checks and if any of them do not pass, if critical , bang into limp mode we go.
