Default Magnet in transmission

I just replaced the transmission fluid in my 1977 e150. There was no magnet in the pan. I put a ceramic magnet in the pan before replacing it. It is an iron pan, not aluminum. Is there a possibility that that the ceramic magnet could create problems for the transmission? If so I will take it back apart and remove the magnet before driving it. Thank you

If I recall correctly there was a dimple in the pan that kinda kept the circular magnet in place. As long as the magnet is the same size and has a hole in it to keep it there, should be OK.
