meaning of diagnosis code

MY ENGINE LIGHT WAS ON AND I GOT IT PUT ON A COMPUTER FOR A CHECK TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG AND ALL I GOT WAS THE CODE WHICH IS P1451. I HAVE A 1998 FORD WINDSTAR VAN. HELP!
