misfiring

Default misfiring
03 ranger misfiring.....changed fuel filter and sparkplug wires. do i have to take to a ford dealer to get accurate diagnostic test?

What do the spark plugs look like? Did you replace those too? What size engine?

Have you checked codes? How many miles on the truck? If over 100K you should change the plugs.
