Default mystery electrical problem

Hello to all, i am new to the forum. I joined because i am in need of some help with my F150, and this looks to be the place to get it. It is a 1995 F150 5.0L with about 155000 miles on it. In the last few months it has begun to drain on the battery when sitting for a week or so. I have been away a couple of times for about 10 days each time, to return to a truck with a dead battery. Both times i checked and rechecked to make sure no lights were left on, or anything obvious like that. I cannot figure out where the juice is going. I would appreciate any suggestions. thanks

Default RE: mystery electrical problem

Try taking a test light, disconnect a battery terminal and put the test light in between the cable and terminal. The light with no current should be out, if there is a drew on the battery the light will be on. If the light is on, start disconnecting fuses one at a time untel the light goes out. Throuble shoot from there, what ever is on that fuse. good luck
