Especially need exhaust Manifold torque specs (both stud and nut) for: e350 Ford 2014 v10 6.8L gas with AC,

Also like torque specs for wheel lugs. Thx.

I do plan to use anti-seize but sparingly, especially after reviewing this (some things many do not realize):
youtube channel: torque test channel,
video: (Jump in at 16:39 about effects of anti-seize) You're Using a Torque Wrench Wrong: MythBusting 10 Do's & Dont's

Still trying to find reliable answer on torque specs for exhaust manifold. Anybody?

You must be careful not to allow any anti seize to get into the exhaust stream where it can render an oxygen sensor useless, and that sensor can be located AFTER the catalytic converter.
