I just replaced the battery cables and starter. Now the 98 Expedition cranks but will not start. I'm getting power to the relay and the relay is good. The book suggests testing the power at the fuel pump at the tank. I am going to try this but is there anything else it could be? It was starting great when the cable went bad.
