I have a 2017 F150 with sync 3 Version 2.0 as the original base I did the upgrade to 2.3
so that I could run the Sygic navigation program from my iPhone via USB connection
unfortunately the program still does not transfer from my phone to my trucks information screen tech-support from Sygic says I need to do a master reset and that should fix the issues but their program is only compatible with 2.3 or higher if I do a master reset won’t that bring me back to version 2.3
