Sync/My Touch issues..
Hi, I'm just a Ford tech (I'm sure someone will remember me) that works at a local garage. I would like some feedback from customers on how their Sync/My Touch Ford systems are holding up.
Specifically, the MyTouch has been out about a year or so, and I would like to know if you've suffered from the "Black Screen of Death", or if the system has other issues you can't resolve.
Please also tell what make and model your cell phone is. This is all very helpful, as I'm getting crushed with these at work, and would like suggestions that could lead to a more streamlined diagnostic process.
Of course, with Microsoft working on this issue, I'm sure most of them will be resolved by some reflash in the future. Possibly a "Service pack 2" for the fix?
