Default timing issue

I have an 03 expedition 4.6 that I am trying to put a new timing chain in. The old chain jumped a couple teeth on the drivers side chain. The problem is that I removed the tensioners and chain before I lined everything up and now I dont know how to line the camshafts up with the crank before I put the new chains on. The crank is where its suppose to be any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you view the correct video for a 4.6L and not a 4.0L.
