Default Tranny Slipping

I have a 94 taurus that has an automatic transmission. Recently I have experienced slippage when i come to a stop. The transmission will slip into neutral when i come to a stop and if i sit there for a little bit or touch the gas slightly it will jump back into drive. This seems to only happen after the engine warms up and not immediately after i begin driving it. The fluid level is normal, and it doesnt look dirty? I was hoping on an easy fix b/c the car has got over 150,000 miles on it so a tranny swap might not be worth it. Any advice?

try and check the tranny filter--see if it is clogged in certain areas--you might try to clean it or replace
it (Filter)
