trouble trying to crank engine

trouble trying to crank engine

New starter and tried 3 different batteries. with battery showing charged it cranks very slow and maybe three turns of engine. what could be the problem? Thanks joey!

What is the condition of the battery cables and terminals?

Change the wires, that may fix the problem.
