I have a 2012 F150 Harley Edition, that the windshield wipers and the turn signals do not work, there is power and the fuses are good.
Any assistance would be appreciated.

 

Simply remove the upper or perhaps the lower steering column cover, then remove the entire left stall, then separate the covers on the base of the stall, there should be a small circuit board, simply check for possible wiring problem, then you can spray electronic contract cleaner and see if it helps. I don't have any diagram for your 2012 though. If you can find one simply bench test the stall with ohmmeter you can also test the continuity and see if it's the problem of the stall, if it is just replace a new one, shouldn't be expensive.
