Default TV in a 1992 E150

I am trying to find out if you can wire any TV into an E150. The van currently doesnt have a TV in it but all the wires are there. Does anyone know if you can simply wire any regular Tv into it or does it need to be a specific type? Also if you can wireany TV into it how do you wire it? Thanks for your help

Should be able to put any type/size TV in the van depending on your mounting space/surface as long it's 12vdc unless you install a converter. Are you looking at an actual TV or a monitor with a TV tuner built in or mounted somewhere? When looking at TV's, you need to ensure that the one you put in has a digital tuner (A.K.A. ATSC for Digital Signal) as analog signal transmission will end in June making a NTSC tuner useless.

What are you actually looking to install?

Well it has the area in the upper back for the TV and VCR but neither one is there. There are wires but no converter plug. Im just trying to find out if there is a specific type of TV I need to put in or if I can just hard wire a TV into the wires coming out of the slot.
