Default Wheel fitment

I have a deal in the works for a set of 17" American Racing Diamond Loc II wheels. The shop selling them says they came off an 03 Dodge Ram 1500 4X4, with a 5 on 5 1/2 bolt pattern, and claims it will fit A Ford Expedition, 99 with bolt pattern of 5x135mm. This doesn't sound right to me. Please help!

Default RE: Wheel fitment

theyre wrong, tryin to make a buck and get em out of the way is my guess....metric bolt patterns and SAE wheels are CLOSE, but not right, they can however be redrilled by a competent machine shop, but hardly worth the cost unless you're really getting a sweet deal.

As a rule, SAE Pattern dodge and ford intechange, And ((% of all the 8 lug 3/4 ton and 1 ton trucks (ford, dodge and Brand X (Chevy)) interchange up to the point that ford and GM went metric in 97.
