Default Where is the fuel pump relay on a 90 Ford Festiva???

I have a 1990 Ford Festiva that recently died. It cranks, and wants to fire up, but to no avail. I replaced the fuel pump (wasn't fun) but that didn't do it, so my next guess is the fuel pump relay. Does anyone know where this relay can be found? My local Ford dealer couldn't even tell me!

Are you sure it is not starting due to lack of fuel? You need to install pressure gauge and see what fuel pressure actually is. You may also be missing spark. Have you checked for this also?

On your 1990 Ford Festiva-Import 1.3L FI SOHC , the Relay - Fuel Pump is located:

Front seating area, driver side, under dash, above fuse panel, mounted on driver side of steering column
