Question about 2010 Ford Fusion

Hey, everyone! I'd really appreciate some knowledgeable input on this...I’m a little lost. I drive a 2010 Ford Fusion (V-6) with approximately 57,000 miles on it. I live in Minnesota so it’s cold here. Just starting over the weekend, my car has not really wanted to start. It’ll try to turn over, but it’s belabored and takes a while. I’ve had to rev the engine the last couple days to get it to catch and start. After it starts, the car lets out a series of five “dings,” similar to what you hear when you don’t have your seatbelt on.

All this makes me a little nervous—any ideas what it could be? Thank you so very much for your input!
