Default 1991 Ford F-150 problem

Having issues with my 91 xlt lariat . It has the 5.0 . Running fine and just shut off one day . Turns over strong but won’t start. I checked the rail and it has pressure. Replaced the fuel relay module, filter, plugs , wires , distributor rotor and cap. Fuel pump seems to come on when they key is turned on. Looking for ideas or suggestions on what I could do next. Still turning over after all that but not starting. Thanks.

Having pressure means little. How much do you have? Specs call for 30-45 psi.
You need spark at the right time, fuel, compression and air to run an engine.

Tested pressure and it was okay. Found the issue, bad ignition module .
