I recently bought this van for weekend road trips. Any advice on upgrading the interior cab lights(reading lights) as many of them do not work?

Also, any know of a free pdf for this vehicle?

If the lights were factory installed, there should be a fuse in the fuse panel that protects that circuit. I would suggest you start with checking all the fuses..
With a simple test light, you can verify if power is available to them and if so , could the bulbs be blown ?
