I am looking for 1998 E150 Battery Terminal Protectors.... The Original snap connectors are shot and all I can Find online are rubber one piece. They only have a 1/2" hole and don't appear to have a way to slip them over the terminal... I would really like original, but am open to any ideas... I have added pictures of my existing protectors which only have the bottom portion remaining.. I have also added pictures of the similar protectors from my Pontiac for visual aid... The final picture is what I'm seeing available online for a Ford E150...
So I'm wondering? How do I slip the larger terminal through a 1/2" hole.... I would really OEM if anyone has a link or company that sells these... My local ford dealer had no clue...

Check www.vtewarehouse.com
Not free shipping, but reasonable rate, and their stuffs are so cheap and good quality.
BTW you should get group 65 battery. And you might want to switch to an extended + 90 degree terminal type so your cable doesn't bend so much per your pic.
Thank You... I'll check it out...
If you'll notice in my original post, the second series of photo's is from my Pontiac Solstice, AC/Delco 86G Gold, so not a Group 65.. And the Battery Cable is original and was manufactured that way from the factory... I believe it goes straight down to the starter ?
If you look at the oem battery cable with the terminal to the battery post (one whole piece), you can tell with a poor design flaw when both cables were bent 90 degree. How many copper wire strands inside the jacket become less conductive, less efficient with higher resistance, and over time perhaps 25% of the wire strands inside the jacket are useless, if not broken already.
That's why I suggest you to think twice before buying the protector, OEM or aftermarket with close to OEM size, check the link I provided previously.
If you have a hydraulic crimping tool you can DIY and make the best cables. If you don't, you can still take a different approach (better than OEM poor design) as long as the terminal to the battery post and the cable w/ ring terminal can be separated instead of one whole piece.
That website they have all kinds for you to choose from, if you want to take the aftermarket role. You know the protector from amazon you provided previously with 1/2 or whatever size, that's not design for the one whole piece. A cable with ring terminal you should be able to feed thru the 1/2" hole, or when you DIY the cable you insert the protector into the cable before you finish it with the battery post terminal. Just like adding heat shrink tube (to cover non-insulated butt splice) you insert into either wire before you join the 2 wires.
If you want to keep your existing battery cables, you just need to buy 2 battery ring terminal and find a way to crimp your existing cable into the terminal, of course 1st thing make sure the factory cables are long enough, that's it, you can now use any type of protector instead of getting stuck with OEM type protector.
