My e150 slow crank and will not start. Battery has full charge and starter is good. I pulled the starter off and tested it.
Any helpful tips.

 

If you did voltage drop tests on the battery cables and they passed with the maximum drop of 0.05 volts , good , otherwise you may need to determine where the drop is taking place and correct it Let us know how you make out, thanks.
Don't forget you need to test the circuitry under load , that means while attempting to start the engine.

 

Thanks. Also do you know where the engine ground strap or wire is located.

 

The 4.9's engine ground is located at the right front area of the engine. It is difficult to see and access. On my 4.9, I made a new negative cable and attached it to a mounting bolt on the starter. If your battery cables are original, may not be a bad idea to replace them.The battery needs to be tested under load.I would have it and the starter tested at your parts store.
