Welcome to the site..
The bumpers are easy to change.. Their on moveable studs so it helps to have someone on the opposite side to raise and center one end.. Or, generally you can just rough fit the bumper (centered) and snug the nuts 'slighlty' and then 'bump' the bumper up/down/side to side to get the correct fit.. Then final tighten.. Their light enough and easy to do by yourself since they insert on the studs (low to the panels) and then just hold some force against the bumper and reach under to install the nuts so it doesn't drop off and/or swing one side high.. If the reason the bumper change was because of a front impact, the brackets or frame ears may need some straightening/tweaked.. Be sure to spray some lube on the speed nuts/bolts that attach the brackets before backing out the bolts.. Doesn't hurt on the bumper bolts/nuts either if their rusted.. If the bumper studs/nuts are rusted or covered in debris and are forced off, it can spin the stud damaging the crimping on the assy..
