Hope somebody can help me with my problem. My trucks sunroof won't close, I can hear a noise everytime I try to close it but doesn't want to close. What do I do?

 

Well, if you like interior work, you're in luck. Because this job requires some work. Probably the motor is going bad, but the track may have problems.
This requires removing the headliner (which requires removing all trim pillar mouldings), then you can remove the motor. You can also test this system with an allen wrench to see if the track will respond as it should by closing the moonroof.
This is a big job that will take a few hours. Make sure that you have access to parts for this before you start, and some money to buy them when you need them.
