Default 2004 ford Expedition, 5.4L

I replaced the coils and plugs, which required disconnecting the fuel rails. Now the engine is missing worst and check engine light is on. I got the following codes P0305, P0174, P0205, Po316 and P1000 yesterday at autozone. They said the fuel rails need replacing. Is there anything else besides the fuel rail that will throw so many codes. The check engine light was not on before changing plug/coils, just had a slight miss when accelerating. HELP!!!!!

The fuel rails might have been on the way out before the coil/plug change and that just accelerated it. But I would try to flush them out and run some Lucas fuel injector cleaner through it.
