Default 2005 f150 hard to start

I had my 05 in the shop twice spent up to $1800.00 trying to get it fixed
this year
new fuel pump new fuel filter, fuel system cleaned, all new plugs, all new plug wire boots,no.1 coil pack replaced
when trying to start first thing in the mornings it takes at the most 3 to 4 trys before it will start
some times it will start and run at a very high idle have to shut it down and restart it and it will run normal
after starting you can go any where you want and shut it off and it will start right up
but if you let it set then you back to crank and crank until it starts
can't afford to take it to the dealer seems ike all they do is guess at whats wrong

Not wanting to disappoint you, but without actually having the vehicle here , just another guess (s)!
Let's try this.
When you first turn the key on can you hear the fuel pump run for the 2 seconds it should run?
If you turn the key on and then off 2 or 3 times before trying to start it cooled down, does that make any difference?
There are a few other things that could contribute to hard to cold start condition, but need to take things one at a time , OK?

Default F150hard starting

Is there an answer? Obviously this is a common problem, waiting for a few seconds then trying to start, seems many pieces in the chain, what will it cost to remedy all pieces and get this thing going, it is unreliable if trekking through a dark desert. Has Ford ever fixed this in any shop by anyone, let me know.

Default F150 hard start fuel pump

I do hear sound when I turn on key, I will try and do this a few times then try and start it, it may catch if it has a mind to do so. I have been to ford but they are costly, seems they try and trace it out but never fix it. One time I had it towed and I went to check it and it started in the morning they said, so I took it home, but still sporadic starts, once started I do not turn it off till I get home....this is sick.
