Default 2005 ford focus zx4 st

Good evening all quick question just bought a 05 ford focus zx4 st 2.3 l and I'm wondering if the led light bulbs I just put in here will over heat cause my dust cap mind you it's soft flexable rubber seal and it is not up aginst the bulb fan it does make a rounded off dome around the back making a gap between the bulb fan and the inside of the dust cover I have heard of some people just throwing them away and other modding them by cutting a hole in the back my main concern is if I would cut a hole that debre would hurt the fan and if I do not do it my lights might not get the proper ventilation cause the bulbs I got have about 40000 lumens is what it's saying on the package after my friend showed my the same ones he got I can confirm that will the bulb be OK or do I need to switch some stuff around cause this is the first time I've done somethingnlike this ???

I would concern more about condensation than overheating. All headlights have vent hoses already.
