Default 2008 Ford Escape electrical problems

Good morning All: I have a 2008 Ford Escape with no radio, horn, or cruise control. I changed the radio and horn fuses with no luck. Any ideas what to do next? I’m at a loss. Beautiful well kept car, just wish everything would work. Thanks in advance.
Jeff

Welcome to the site Jeff..

Checking the fuses,, was it visual inspection or did you check them for power with a test lamp etc?
Could be a problem within the SJB, but see if you can verify the fuses are actually hot. Some will be “hot at all times”, others “hot in run/start“, so you can just check them collectively with it idling to verify power distribution is there..

If you need some test points to prove out ‘issues’ let me know...

Default Tested

I tested all fuses and replaced anyway. It looks like this car was hit by water leak. When I pulled out old fuses, They had rust on them. Would contact cleaner help. I would hate to replace SJB. Ugh. Cruise control does work, but no lights on dash. Horn and radio still doesn’t work. Could I use a round wire brush to clean contacts in SJB and contact cleaner? Maybe it will resolve the issues. Thanks for the help.
