2009 crew cab cab corners rusting out

anyone tell where the way=ter is gettin gin from and wht others have done to correct.

Some have drain holes underneath that get fill with dust and dirt and now cannot drain.

There should be drain holes in the bottom. They get plugged with dust and dirt and eventually hold in the moisture.
