Hello Everyone, I am new to the forum and I have a question for any paint professionals out there. I am doing a frame off full restoration of a 1953 F-100 and have the body in the collision shop. All body work is complete and ready for paint and management at the collision shop is questioning my choice of paint due to the difficulty of application. Is there anyone out there that has experienced problems with the application of the Ford Ruby Red Paint. The painter in the collision shop experienced problems with the application of the paint on a 2014 Ford Mustang and told me he never wanted to apply that paint to another car again. Do you think he is over exaggerating or just plain lazy? Any input appreciated.
