Hi,
I just bought a 2016 F150 4x4 v6+Ecoboost and we love this truck, however, the Mobile App feature in the Sync on the car's infotainment system does not work with my iPhone6. I followed user manual and tried restarting the phone and plugging the phone back into the USB port of the car, but the Mobile App feature keeps saying "No Additional App Found".
Any suggestion?

I would take it back to the Dealer to have them try it. It could be the unit itself. Had an issue with our MKZ when it was new not synch'g to our phone. Dealer ended up reloading the NAV unit to fix our problem.
