2017 Ford Exp EL vibration
I am new to Ford Forum. I have a 2017 Ford Expedition EL with a v-6 I think. After the car warms up, when I take off from a dead stop, something shutters/vibrates??? I have 107,000 miles. New tires, belts, plugs, front axle bearings. New fluid in both differentials. The shuttering stops at 5 mph and is fine at speeds over 5 mph. Only happens at take off, after the engine is warmed up. I have owned 5 Expeditions and none of the others ever had this problem. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

Different folks will describe the same condition differently, so we need a little more info.
If the vehicle does not do this when cold then I would exclude any mechanical condition.
From there ,if it does this only when warmed up and taking off from a stop , I would suspect a coil breaking down under load.
Has anyone checked these?
The condition is call a misfire.
A good scan tool will capture this info and show which cylinder is being affected.
It might show a code for that specific cyl, worth looking into.

Curious as to how you had the coils checked. A misfiring cyl will leave a code. go from there, then see if the code shows up on a different cyl/
The only way to verify they are not breaking down under load is watching the spark line on a scope.
A malfunctioning coil will leave a code as to which cyl. Just swap that coil with a different cyl and see if the problem moves to the new location , if so, you have your answer.
