this is my first post here
i have a 09 mustang gt that ive done some basic stuff to and i just got a new AC condenser, its not over charged or under charged.
when its idling it sits about 750 RPMS but sometimes when the ac kicks in it surges down to 400 and shoots up over 1000 RPMS, then falls back down to 750. this causes me to nearly stall while releasing the clutch (doesn't happen every time i release the clutch but its definitely bad timing to drop the rpms) i have to turn my AC off when sitting at stops
ive changed the fuel filter, spark plugs, cleaned CAI, mass air flow sensor and throttle body. same issue, ik it could be the TSP sensor but i ran 2 different code readers with the same thing.. ive tried a idle relearn procedure (most ppl explain how its done in automatics) same thing.. the only symptoms of a bad TPS sensor would be a slight change in RPMS when idling without the AC on, i had the same problem with my ford ranger but it was a bad o2 sensor.
edit: resetting the PCM i have a 93 octane and CAI tune on my car.. if resetting the pcm by disconnecting the battery would the reset the tune and everything?
ive looked all over the internet and cant find anything similar to mine, i think the only thing i can think of is the throttle body position sensor.
