302 motor & AOD trans. Which flexplate?

Default 302 motor & AOD trans. Which flexplate?
I have a 302 motor and an AOD. Starters wont last but about 2 months. Tried more than 1 manufacturer. 164 tooth or 157 tooth flex plate? Does it matter? Thanks.
