Default 5.4 head gasket

Ok first off here's the description of my problem. Just bought the truck. It's a 2000 F150 XLT 5.4. The engine randomly overheats and cools back and spills coolant out of the over flow tank. I found crap in the tank and discovered the radiator was half plugged with mud and the bearing was gone up in the water pump. Cleaned radiator, replaced the water pump, replaced thermostat. Flushed the whole system. Added new coolant. Two days later same exact thing! I'm assuming head gasket. Put Kseal in system hoping for a easy fix no luck. Think the previous owner probably ran it hot and cracked the head. So is there anything I've missed? And where is a good website to order a decent set of heads and a very mild cam. Nothing crazy but maybe a little more power and around 2200 rpms (normal daily driving ranges) and thinking a set of shorty headers. Any input would be greatly appreciated
