Im hoping someone may have pinouts for 1999 F250 5.4l and 2002 Excursion v10.
I found the 250 with service body parked up from the owner "trying to fix it" from spitting spark plugs for $700 but dropped it to $300 since he couldnt find keys.
So the block was left open and filled with water so I just removed it. I had 3 v10s stored that I removed from wrecked trucks before scrapping the body's.
I have put the v10 that came out excursion due to miles are 120k ish when removed into it.
Fogging gas into the engine it runs smooth as should but not getting fuel from tank. I have extra new fuel pumps and installed one to get it over with.
I tested relays and nervous switch and put new ones even though they tested good.i scanned truck and no codes present. With test light at switch by passenger side kick panel. I get a quick blink when key is turned on and that's it.
I hoping that a few pins may be in wrong spot.
I'm using the v10 computer and the engine wire harness as needed anyway due to being from v8 to v10 .
I've searched this forum and gotten so much help from reading others post and solved alot but can seem to find anything I'm after. If there is and I missed it please drop a link and I apologise for the inconveniences. Thank you for your time and help.
Yes I'm just trying to rule out if ford swapped pins around on those models.
I have tank dropped and fuel lines popped off and you can turn key on and off for a
Split second it will spit out about Coke cap full of gas every time key
Is cycled.
I haven't tried adding voltage to the inertia. I've pulled inertia off my running 99 250 with 5.4l and made no difference that way an relays are new.
which wire could I jump to for at test? Sorry I put pinouts and I ment I'm needed the pinouts diagrams on both models and years.
Sent the Pinouts to your email.
They include all engine combos.
The PCM controls grounding function to close the fuel pump relay and flow current out to the inertia (that is if the switched and load/pump circuit protections are good and active)
If a fused test line is added to the inertia, the pump should run as long as the connection is made taking PCMs control off the table, as well as power distribution for the relay..
Test only,,..
